These terms apply to the PsybrHealth website, the beta interest list, the participant portal and the partner dashboard. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. A program in development
PsybrHealth is developing immersive mental health experiences. We are not currently providing clinical services, diagnosis or treatment. Information on this site is general and educational, and is not medical advice.
2. Not an emergency service
Do not use this site, the portal or messages for urgent needs. Messages are not monitored around the clock. Veterans Crisis Line: dial 988, press 1, or text 838255. In an emergency, call 911.
3. The beta interest list
Joining the interest list does not guarantee an invitation or a place in the beta. Eligibility, timing, location, cost, duration, any device provided and clinician involvement have not been finalized and may change. Invitations are made at our discretion.
4. Participant and partner accounts
Accounts are for invited participants, registered partner organizations and the PsybrHealth team. Keep your password private, give accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
5. Consent and screening
Screening is voluntary and used only to judge whether the beta may be a safe fit. Completing it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. You may withdraw consent at any time in your portal.
6. Partners and pilots
Registering partnership interest does not create a partnership, contract or commitment. Any pilot, research collaboration, referral relationship or sponsorship requires a separate written agreement. Partners should not share personal health information about the people they serve through the dashboard.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't submit false information or impersonate anyone
- Don't try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't authorized to use
- Don't upload harmful code or interfere with the site
- Don't post harassing, threatening or unlawful content
8. No affiliation or endorsement
PsybrHealth is independent. Mention of any hardware maker, government agency or organization (including Meta, the VA or the Department of Defense) does not mean a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Product images labeled as illustrations are not official product photos.
9. Content and ownership
Site content, design and the PsybrHealth name and logo belong to PsybrHealth. You may share links to our pages but may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" while in development. To the extent the law allows, PsybrHealth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (if any).
